Seeking wellness does not have to imply an illness or a state of being unwell. Rather, seeking wellness is a purposeful and intentional effort to improve oneself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  It is our goal at Summit Wellness to help you in that process of improvement.

Ben Egbers, founder of Summit Wellness and a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner,  brings years of expertise and a commitment to helping clients realize their full potential. Our transformative approach to mental health treatment is aimed at helping you achieve a greater sense of balance, acceptance, and feeling content.

It is essential that individuals view their mental health journey as a fluid process and practice, rather than a singular, fixed state. Doing so allows us to meet ourselves where we are at, while acknowledging the capacity for improvement and change.  Through exploration and cultivation of self-awareness, emotional intelligence and resilience, we can empower ourselves to more effectively manage stress and adversity, leading to optimal functioning and a state of mental well-being.
